Bonampak


Bonampak is a Mayan archaeological site, located in the Lacandon Jungle, in Ocosingo, in the state of Chiapas, Mexico. It is a smallarchaeological site, which was dependent on Yaxchilan. All site structures appear to have been built between 580 and 800.




At Bonampak there are several medium-sized buildings that surround the central square, some of them are very well carved stelae. However, it is best known for the murals are located in one of the buildings known as the Temple of the Murals, although their technical name is Structure 1.



In Bonampak are many pictures verry interesting, It´s good idea go to this place!!
